Summer is by far my favorite season. Growing up in the chilly Finger Lakes region, summers were shorter, which made me look forward to it even more every year. Summer always felt like this time where life exploded with color and wonder, and of course flowers! I always feel extra inspired during that time.

A few years ago I taught myself how to paint with watercolors. I fell in love with the controlled messiness of it, and decided to combine my newfound passion with my graphic design degree, and Le Citronnier Designs was born. I’ve since rebranded to Designs by Brigid, with the underlying theme of most of my prints and personal work being influenced by flowers and botanicals, summer, and the sun. I love working with a variety of clients and taking commission requests for keepsake pieces brings me so much joy. I feel that my purpose is to add sunshine to others’ lives, and I hope I can add to yours!
